Corporate Services Manager

Job Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Isle of Man corporate services provider for a Corporate Services Manager to jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate services team, with line management responsibility for one or more Company Administrators.

This is a genuine step up into management, combining hands-on portfolio administration with team leadership, director-level responsibility, and business development. You’ll take ownership of your own client portfolio while supervising, training and appraising administrators, ensuring effective corporate governance, and acting as a Director of client companies, internal group companies, and corporate trustee companies.

You’ll work closely with the Directors on client retention, risk management, and developing new business relationships with banks and intermediaries, while also contributing to the firm’s policies and procedures.

This role has been created due to the team’s continued growth — it’s an opportunity to build and shape a management layer within an expanding corporate services function.
