Join a leading professional services firm on the Isle of Man as a Senior eGaming Compliance Officer, taking on MLRO responsibilities for gambling sector clients. This role combines hands-on compliance work with team leadership, managing regulatory deadlines, client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues. You’ll work across the full spectrum of eGaming compliance including licence applications, regulatory reporting, AML/CFT oversight, and risk management. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge regulatory developments in gambling, cannabis-related businesses, and international compliance frameworks. Based in our Isle of Man office, you’ll collaborate with administration teams, attend regulator forums, and contribute to policy development while ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met for a diverse client portfolio.
